Job description

Position Summary...We are looking for a talented Senior Manager of Business Strategy to lead the ideation and development of Walmart+ instore benefits. The ideal candidate is obsessed with saving members time, money, or both through the lens of membership offerings.This individual can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This Senior Manager must lead large scopes of work while also being a team player, collaborating cross-functionally and influencing partners across the organization.What you'll do...Within the Walmart+ benefit lifecycle, lead in-store benefit ideation and help shape the membership in-store value proposition:
  • Identify, assess, size, and frame new Walmart+ in-store benefit opportunities (and refine existing benefits) by creating and facilitating business cases grounded in key metrics, customer insights, the competitive landscape, and member behaviors.
  • Create a benefit framework that enables effective decision-making for in-store benefits, including navigating P&L impacts for Walmart+ and Walmart Service Centers tied to new or refined offerings.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Customer Insights to build and execute new benefits and enhancements, maintaining the value proposition framework and benefit intent throughout delivery.
  • Lead and contribute to leadership and cross-functional presentations that communicate benefit strategy, progress, and performance.
  • Analyze business metrics and member behaviors to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvements to the benefit suite by securing buy-in and commitments from key cross-functional partners.
  • Play a pivotal, high-impact role with strong visibility, building and sustaining momentum for Walmart+ in-store benefits expansion through influence and execution.
