Verizon Retail Sales Program — Walmart Locations

$15–$20/hr base + weekly commissions + bonuses | 24–32 hrs/week | Flexible schedule

We’re building Verizon sales teams inside Walmart and looking for experienced salespeople who know how to approach customers, create interest, and close deals.

If you’ve worked in telecom, retail sales, door-to-door, solar, pest control, security, or any customer-facing sales role, this will feel familiar.

This is face-to-face sales inside high-traffic Walmart stores. Not remote work.

Markets we are hiring in:

• Prince George’s County, MD
• Anne Arundel County & Southwest Baltimore County
• Northern Baltimore County & Harford County
• Northern Virginia — Manassas / Woodbridge

EXPERIENCED SALES REPS / FIELD TRAINERS

We are prioritizing experienced sales reps who can produce consistently and help newer reps develop. If you already know how to approach customers and close deals, this role will feel straightforward.

Compensation

• Hourly base + uncapped commission
• Typical weekly earnings: $700 – $1,750+

Schedule

• 24–32 hours per week
• Flexible shifts
• Weekend availability preferred

• Approach and engage customers inside Walmart • Present Verizon products and services • Follow a structured sales conversation • Close deals and track production • Help newer reps learn the process (trainer roles)
