This role oversees process quality engineering efforts, applying advanced methodologies such as root cause analysis and Six Sigma to enhance performance and sustain improvements. The position requires managing multiple projects, aligning business priorities, and fostering a high-performing team environment. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating across functions, the role ensures efficient supply chain operations that meet customer and business needs while supporting Walmart’s commitment to integrity, innovation, and operational excellence.

The team oversees automated grocery building control centers, providing expertise in network grocery automation. They lead project implementation and sustainment by collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement. The team develops tools to enhance project analytics and operational efficiency, offers training support, and ensures alignment with business goals while managing organizational change. Focused on delivering results through effective project and risk management, the team plays a key role in advancing Walmart’s supply chain operations with professionalism and integrity.

  • Support Daily Management System reviews by analyzing performance data and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, removing barriers, and adjusting performance metrics.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build high-performing teams aligned with company values.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, promote ethical standards, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (for example, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Quality Key Performance Indicators).
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.
