Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...Inventory Department Ensure productivity of facility by processing work orders to workload and prioritizing orders maintains quality accuracy and integrity of inventory by scanning product in and out of departments using system software sorting placing and storing freight or work orders in proper locations moving freight manually
Finish Department Produce and manufacture corrective eyewear by preparing lenses for production for example tracing blocking first inspection producing lenses for placement in frames using edging equipment manually mounting lenses in frames and assembling eyewear and completing cosmetic addonsfor example polish tint
Surface Department Produce and manufacture corrective eyewear by preparing lenses for production example layout taping blocking creating curvature and thickness of lenses according to prescription using lens grinding equipment applying hard coating to lenses and preparing lenses for addons example tint no glare
Maintain quality standards by reviewing and analyzing work tickets or other information for accuracy adhering to standard operating procedures and evaluating produced work for quality
Communicate with other WalMart associates and vendors verbally or in writing

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.85 - $21.35* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
