The Site Merchandising team leads the online food shopping experience by managing visual merchandising, content strategy, site functionality, and campaign execution. This team drives continuous improvement and innovation to deliver a seamless, engaging site experience that supports eCommerce growth. Utilizing customer insights, market research, and strategic planning, the team shapes site capabilities aligned with business goals. Collaboration across functions and data-driven decision-making are essential to developing impactful site strategies that enhance customer engagement and business performance. What you'll do:
  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing category displays, product layouts, and featured items to drive unpaid traffic.
