What you'll do...The Director, Strategic Growth – Home Services will help define and build Walmart's next multi-billion-dollar growth business by transforming how customers discover, purchase, schedule, and manage services for their homes. Reporting to the Group Director, Home Transformation, this leader will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, technology, and business development to launch new capabilities, validate business models, lead strategic pilots, and scale innovative customer experiences.   • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product strategy, business development, marketplace businesses, technology, or operations.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience building financial models and executive business cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal executive communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
  • Experience working with modern AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.
