Job description

About Hisense USA:
Hisense is one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer electronics and home appliance brands, delivering televisions, Laser TV, refrigeration, laundry, and air solutions to millions of households. Hisense USA partners with the nation’s leading retailers — including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Best Buy, Costco, Amazon, and Lowe’s — to bring award-winning products and premium in-store experiences to American consumers.

Job Overview:
Walmart is one of Hisense USA’s most important retail partnerships — and winning at Walmart means being where Walmart is. The CPFR Manager — Walmart is our dedicated, on-the-ground supply chain partner in Northwest Arkansas: collaborating directly with Walmart replenishment and merchandising teams to keep Hisense television and audio products forecasted accurately, in stock, and on shelves across thousands of stores and Walmart.com.

This role owns Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) for the Walmart account with a primary focus on the TV and audio business — televisions, Laser TV, and audio products including soundbars — while flexing to support other Hisense lines of business (including home appliances) as needs arise. Scope spans demand forecasting and replenishment strategy through in-stock recovery, promotional and modular planning, and new product launches. Candidates must live in, or relocate to, the Bentonville / Northwest Arkansas area; regular in-person collaboration with Walmart’s Home Office teams is the reason this role exists.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • CPFR leadership: Lead collaborative planning with Walmart replenishment, merchandising, and supply chain teams — building accurate demand forecasts and replenishment strategies for Hisense TV and audio categories, with support for other Hisense lines of business as needed.
  • Walmart analytics: Analyze POS, inventory, and market data through Walmart’s systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One) to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and keep in-stock rates at or above target — in stores and online.
  • Forecasting & models: Develop and maintain CPFR models using ERP and demand planning tools; align forecasts with Hisense sales, retail marketing, and logistics teams to support promotions, seasonal transitions, and modular resets.
  • KPI management: Monitor in-stock, fill rate, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and OTIF; identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and report performance to Hisense leadership and Walmart counterparts.
  • Launch & promo readiness: Plan inventory positioning for new product introductions, seasonal builds (including holiday), promotional events, and rollbacks — so launch-day and feature displays are never empty.
  • Relationship ownership: Build trusted, face-to-face relationships with Walmart Home Office stakeholders; represent Hisense in joint business planning and serve as the first call when supply chain issues arise.
  • Leadership visibility: Provide insights and recommendations to Hisense senior leadership on Walmart inventory strategy, risks, and opportunities, in partnership with Sales, Retail Operations, and Channel Marketing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Residence in the Bentonville / Northwest Arkansas area, or willingness to relocate — this is a requirement, with regular on-site collaboration at Walmart’s Home Office and occasional travel to the Hisense USA office in Alpharetta, GA.
  • 6–8 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or replenishment — with direct experience supporting Walmart as a supplier strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in CPFR methodologies, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning in high-velocity consumer electronics categories such as TV and audio.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Walmart supplier systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One) and data tools such as Excel, SQL, or advanced planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics, including vendor management, promotional forecasting, and e-commerce replenishment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels — at Walmart and within Hisense.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement; television or consumer audio category experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience welcomed.

Why This Role?
You will own the supply chain relationship for a flagship account at one of the fastest-growing brands in consumer electronics — with the autonomy of being our person in Northwest Arkansas and the backing of a national Retail Operations organization. Your work will show up where it counts: on the shelf, in the modular, and in the sellout number.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hisense USA offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and employee product discounts.
