Job Description
Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for all shifts in all our Distribution centers across the U.S. Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to;
pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF scanners), and move boxes throughout the distribution center.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Preferred Skills
  • Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation Range
The good faith estimate for this role is 21.05 USD per hour for a new team member.
The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
