Manager, eCommerce Content Studio Programs

Position Summary: The Manager, ECommerce Content Studio Programs role will be a key contributor to growing our US eCommerce business.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have experience with eCommerce content and in a Creative Studio
  • You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale
You’ll make an impact by:
  • Supporting the creation and production of eCommerce content by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • Showcasing your ability to be a subject matter expert in the field and applying that knowledge to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Managing multiple content projects to include development of timelines, briefs, strategic recommendations, communications, content delivery, maintenance, tracking and reporting.
  • Development of creative briefs and assets: Collaborating with creative team members, suppliers, merchandising, product development, and eCommerce partners to translate business needs into creative solutions aligned with brand standards.
  • Focusing on innovation and strategy: Assisting in the audit/assessment of customer experience trends and develops recommendations for ongoing creative innovation and/or enhanced user experience and tools. Provides input into the customer experience strategy.
  • Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates by mentoring, assigning duties, and awarding recognition.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting the mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Live Better U is a Walmart‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00‑$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year’s experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years’ experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Content Management Systems.
  • Managing interactive projects in an online creative or related digital field.
  • Working for or with creative agencies.
  • Working with Design Software (For example, Adobe Creative Suite), including proficiency in advanced functions (For example, multi‑layer masking and compositing).
