We support Health and Wellness operations by ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities are in top condition—enabling our associates to deliver life-saving medications to customers nationwide.   • Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for material handling and power equipment.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to optimize facility performance.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years in a Walmart maintenance technician role or 1+ year in industrial maintenance (welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics) with team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated management experience with the ability to lead teams and projects.
  • Experience with electrical systems, schematics, and technical drawings.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
