Job description

Wall Residences is growing! We are looking for full-time, salaried Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs or BCaBAs) to join our Statewide Therapeutic Consultation Team in the the Harrisonburg - Winchester, Virginia areas We are a comprehensive agency providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to all regions of the state of Virginia. Wall Residences provides Therapeutic Consultation services around the needs of the individuals we support, with a strong focus on positively impacting quality of life. Our practice focuses on supporting individuals who engage in interfering behaviors and experience skill deficits that affect their quality of life, both in their home and community. Our Therapeutic Consultants provide direct, in-person support and telehealth services.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • conducting assessments
  • writing, implementing, and auditing behavior plans
  • training staff and caregivers
  • data collection and reporting
