Project Detailer / AutoCAD Drafter – ACM & Wall Cladding
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay: Competitive; based on experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Detailer / AutoCAD Drafter to join our client’s team. This is an in-house drafting position responsible for creating detailed shop drawings and fabrication sheets for ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) and wall cladding systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed shop drawings for ACM and wall cladding projects using AutoCAD.
Develop fabrication drawings and production sheets for manufacturing.
Communicate directly with customers to gather field measurements and project specifications.
Interpret architectural drawings, field measurements, and project requirements.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure fabrication drawings are accurate and complete.
Work closely with the department lead and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Revise drawings as needed based on customer feedback or project changes.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD (ACAD) drafting experience.
Required experience with ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) and wall cladding systems.
Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and shop drawing preparation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Team-oriented with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
