  • Maintaining a clean and organized station
  • Working with the team to support a smooth salon flow
  • Continuing to learn and grow behind the chair
What We’re Looking For
  • Current Texas cosmetology license
  • Salon experience preferred
  • Strong haircutting, color, and styling skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional presence
  • Dependability and initiative
  • Team-focused mindset
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Extensions or Brazilian Blowout certification is a plus, but not required

  • No booth rent
  • Supportive team environment
  • Opportunity to build steady clientele
  • Variety of services throughout the day
  • Room to grow your skills and confidence
  • A salon culture focused on guest care, teamwork, and professionalism

At FS Cut & Color, we are looking for stylists who want more than just a chair. We want people who care about their guests, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a team that is building something strong.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
