JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Night Warehouse Supervisor

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 P.M. – 6:30 A.M.

Starting Pay: $61,000 annually ($55,000 base + $6,000 commission)

Job Summary

The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nightly warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of beverage products. This role leads a team of warehouse employees, maintains inventory accuracy, and enforces safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The supervisor plays a critical role in optimizing processes, supporting productivity goals, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Address and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
