- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Prior Front Office experience required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including morning and afternoon shift and occasional overnight shifts with weekend and holiday availability.
- Opera and Excel knowledge preferred
