This rewarding position focuses on customer service, lobby flow, event planning, and social media marketing.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Residential Concierge with top-notch people skills to play a key role at The Woods at Alderwood.


As the Residential Concierge, you represent our community and are vital to our exceptional customer service. Each day, you have the opportunity to:

  • Create a strong sense of community by providing outstanding service to potential residents, current residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Share community and local area information, manage lobby flow, oversee the package center, and ensure every interaction ends positively
  • Serve as the communication hub, keeping residents informed through computer portals and property postings. Your dedication to fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service contributes to high lease renewal rates.




Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school education
  • No less than two yearsโ€™ experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or a related field
  • Professional, personable, organized, outgoing, and energetic
  • Proficiency in software applications, including the MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must be enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, be assertive, patient, and able to exercise self-control
  • Must have the ability to work well with other employees and address resident concerns in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a neat, presentable, and professional appearance
  • Ability to be flexible, versatile, and adaptable
  • Experience with event planning is highly preferred

Specific Duties:

  • Monthly resident event planning, creating an exceptional living experience, and ensuring that residents feel a connected sense of community with residents and team members
  • Create connections with neighborhood businesses to add value to the resident experience
  • Serves as the first point of contact for in-person customers and resident inquiries, and ensures that the appropriate team member is looped in to ensure resolutions
  • Ensures a neat, clean, professional, and efficient office environment
  • Maintains a regular presence and availability in the leasing office to assist residents with reservations, deliveries, conflict management, and general community needs
  • Assists with answering phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about each apartment home, and answering general questions about the property
  • Provide support to the leasing team, the property manager, and the assistant manager
  • Exercise patience, kindness, and consideration to all prospective residents
  • When needed, engage in the leasing process, which could include contact with prospects, touring, and follow-up communication
  • Other related duties as assigned

Work Environment:

  • The position is performed in an apartment community office environment
  • Standard office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm with a one-hour lunch.
  • 40 hours per week

Salary: Starting at $22-25 per hour based on experience
