Cocktail waitress candidates are friendly, extroverted, and passionate about helping guests have an enjoyable experience. Successful cocktail waitresses are terrific communicators and know how to pace service appropriately by reading & anticipating the guests' needs. They also take great pride in presenting the best version of themselves every shift.


Here's what you'll do:


Welcome/greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needs

Know brands of beer, wine and liquor, as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails (garnishes, proper glassware, and prices)

Know our food inside and out. Describe and tour the menu with all our guests.

Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner
