Job description

Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Order Filler with expertise in forklift operations to join a Waco manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently filling customer orders, ensuring the timely delivery of products while maintaining a high level of safety and precision in a warehouse environment.


Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $16.50/hr

Responsibilities:
  1. Order Fulfillment:
    • Receive and review customer orders, picking items accurately from shelves or designated storage areas.
    • Utilize a forklift to transport items throughout the warehouse and load them onto delivery trucks.
    • Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure they match the provided packing slips.
  2. Forklift Operation:
    • Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
    • Conduct routine checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating the forklift and moving materials.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
    • Assist in periodic inventory counts and participate in inventory reconciliation activities.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Inspect products for damages or defects before packing and shipping.
    • Report any quality issues to the warehouse supervisor and work towards finding solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other warehouse team members to coordinate order fulfillment activities.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
