Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer III with strong front-end development experience and a passion for building clean, user-friendly applications. This role requires hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise cloud environments, supporting production-critical systems, collaborating with engineers and managers, and using modern development tools including CI/CD, Git workflows, and AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Build user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.
  • Support front-end architecture, usability, performance, and user experience improvements.
  • Work in enterprise cloud environments and support cloud-based application development.
  • Collaborate directly with engineers, managers, and business stakeholders in the electric utility / operations domain.
  • Use Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines to support development, testing, and deployment.
  • Work with SQL, data models, and structured datasets to support application functionality.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of application development experience.
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • Strong understanding of user experience, design principles, and front-end architecture.
  • Experience in enterprise cloud environments and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.
  • Basic SQL skills and data modeling experience.
  • Experience with dimensional modeling concepts such as star schema is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools or copilots to assist with development and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Databricks.
  • Experience with automation tools or AI agents to streamline development workflows.
