Job description

Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician
Location: Doral, FL We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused VTC Technician to support enterprise video teleconferencing operations in a high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I & II technical support for VTC systems and end users
Schedule and manage conferences using Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)
Respond to system outages and implement alternate routing or failover solutions to maintain operations
Perform remote and onsite site surveys to support new VTC installations and system upgrades
Support onsite installations, including: Network device configuration assistance
Equipment setup and integration
System configuration and operational validation Required Qualifications Practical understanding of IP networking and its role in VTC environments
Experience providing Tier I & II support for VTC systems Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large enterprise or government environments
Familiarity with geographically distributed operations or command-level organizations Clearance Requirement Active Top Secret clearance required Work Environment / Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time
Frequent use of standard office equipment (computer, printer, etc.)
Regular communication with team members, leadership, and customers, including presenting technical information
