Our people-first philosophy isnโ€™t just a tagline. Itโ€™s why weโ€™ve been named #1 Credit Union by the Orange County Register for several years and most recently 2024 & 2025! Weโ€™re also honored with workplace satisfactionโ€”driven directly by employee voices.

    • Handsโ€‘on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
  • Sales & Communication Skills:
    • 2+ years crossโ€‘selling and referring financial products
    • Clear, friendly communicationโ€”professional but approachable
  • Tech Savvy:
    • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
  • Schedule Flexibility:
    • Mondayโ€“Saturday availability
    • Weekdays between 8:30 AMโ€“6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AMโ€“2:30 PM

We believe great talent deserves fair, transparent payโ€”and room to grow. Hourly pay is based on experience, internal equity, and role level:

Member Service Rep IV โ€“ $23.00โ€“$25.00 per hour. Requires a minimum one-year recent universal or personal banker experience which includes teller, new accounts, AND consumer lending expertise

Why OCFCU?

  • Awardโ€‘winning workplace culture
  • Clear growth paths and internal mobility
  • People before profitsโ€”always
  • A team that supports each other and celebrates wins
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive benefits, including Anthem, Delta Dental, and VSP, effective from your first day.
  • Financial Security: Life insurance at no cost and a 401(k) plan with an employer match up to 6%.
  • Work-Life Balance: 13 days of vacation and seven (7) sick days annually and paid holidays.
