Job description

Come work in the fast paced cannabis industry! We are hiring a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist for our Nature's of Log Lane location!

General Info:

Heavy preference will be given to candidates who already have their badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado. If you don't already have that, you can apply with the State of Colorado.

The ideal candidate for this role will have open availability for the hours this front desk is open - Every day from 8 am to 10 pm.

This is a full time position, and you will generally be scheduled 30-35 hours per week.

Pay - $15.16/hour, plus a 10% portion of tips received by Budtenders.

Full Time Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package, including Health Insurance (Kaiser), Dental Insurance (Delta Dental), Vision (VSP), and Gap/Accident/Illness Insurance (Transamerica). We also participate in the Colorado SecureSavings program through the State of Colorado. Paid sick and vacation time are accrued through hours worked.

Basic Functions of the Job:

  • Welcome our customers into our store with a friendly face and information on our deals, loyalty programs, and the rules of dispensaries
  • Verify IDs for customers - making sure they are valid and current
  • Keep in-house menu boards current and up to date
  • Answer incoming phone calls with great phone etiquette and a friendly tone, and answer customer questions

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • To begin working in any dispensary in Colorado, you must have a valid badge from the State of Colorado to work in the cannabis industry. This badge is obtained at the cost of the candidate/employee, and the company does not reimburse for this.
  • Because this is a customer facing role, reliability is super important!
  • Customer Service experience in another role, either paid or volunteer.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and AMAZING communication skills.
  • General knowledge about cannabis products is a big plus!
  • Willingness to learn the rules of this industry and uphold them every single day.
  • Basic computer skills - enough to operate ID software, use basic office programs, etc.
