As an Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems while delivering exceptional service to our customers.Responsibilities include:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
  • Service rooftop units up to 50 tons, mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, refrigeration equipment, exhaust systems, and fresh air systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment using digital volt meters and diagnostic tools
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
  • Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and replacement recommendations so they can make informed decisions
  • Complete work orders, service documentation, and equipment records accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
  • Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
  • Mentor apprentices and fellow technicians as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications
  • Commercial HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial heating and cooling systems
  • Experience working on rooftop units up to 50 tons
  • Experience with mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems preferred
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license
Requirements
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
