Mechdyne is seeking a Digital Twin Trainer Support Specialist to help manage a cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) Digital Twin Training System. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the on-site technical expert, ensuring VR training systems remain operational, effective, and mission-ready for instructors and students.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a passion for training, customer service, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support for VR training systems and equipment.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer and user instruction to instructors and students.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform basic maintenance, equipment setup, and component replacement.
  • Support software updates, system configuration, and validation testing.
  • Track and document issues, resolutions, inventory, and maintenance activities.
  • Gather user feedback and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software systems.
  • Customer-facing technical support or field service experience.
  • Experience with ticketing or issue-tracking systems.
  • Strong communication, training, and documentation skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with VR, simulation, or immersive training technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital twin platforms, Unity, or real-time 3D applications.
  • CompTIA Server +, CompTIA A+.
  • Red Hat Certified.
  • Microsoft Certified.
  • Experience supporting workstations, GPUs, networking, and peripherals.
  • CTS, ITIL, or related AV/IT certifications.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology
