The Vice President - Operations, ATF is responsible for leading operational performance across Advanced Technology Facilities projects and services, ensuring best-in-class delivery across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. This role drives operational execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across project and field operations.

The VP of Operations partners with engineering, project management, and commercial teams to enhance delivery capabilities, strengthen execution consistency, and scale operations to support growth across semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, and mission-critical environments.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Performance

  • Lead operational performance across all ATF projects and field execution activities
  • Ensure consistent delivery across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and productivity metrics
  • Drive standardized operating models, execution frameworks, and performance management systems
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve delivery outcomes

Execution Excellence & Delivery Consistency

  • Oversee end-to-end execution across project lifecycle with focus on operational efficiency
  • Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and field operations
  • Drive repeatability, scalability, and predictability in project delivery
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned across all projects

Preconstruction & Operational Planning

  • Partner with preconstruction and commercial teams to ensure operational readiness
  • Provide input into estimating, constructability, and delivery strategies
  • Ensure execution plans are aligned with operational capabilities and resource planning
  • Support improved bid competitiveness through operational insights

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost efficiency, and schedule reliability
  • Implement Lean principles, standardization, and structured problem-solving practices
  • Identify operational gaps and drive transformation initiatives across the business
  • Enhance execution capacity to support business growth

People Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead and develop high-performing operational and field leadership teams
  • Drive workforce planning, staffing strategies, and capability building across ATF operations
  • Establish performance expectations, accountability, and leadership development programs
  • Foster a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence

Safety, Culture & Organizational Alignment

  • Champion a strong safety culture aligned with Incident-Free Workplace principles
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote alignment with organizational strategy, objectives, and operational priorities
  • Act as a visible leader reinforcing company values and operational discipline
Show your expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Relevant construction, safety, or project management certifications preferred
  • Deep expertise in operations leadership within ATF, semiconductor, or high-tech environments
  • Strong understanding of construction, project execution, and operations integration
  • Proven ability to drive operational performance and continuous improvement at scale
  • Strong leadership and team development capability across distributed organizations
  • Ability to implement standardized processes and execution frameworks
  • Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facility environments
  • Proven success in large-scale, complex project or operations environments
