Regional VP of Sales - Southeast (TN/KY/KS/GA) - Supporting roughly 10-13 Communities
Previous Regional Sales experience highly preferred - 4 Years of previous Sales Director experience in Senior Living Required
JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for supporting all sales, marketing and public relations goals of the region, promoting and encouraging the Allegro and Spring Arbor vision of senior housing. The position is accountable for supporting and leading the sales team, coaching, motivating and training sales team, analyzing performance results and recommending changes based on the data, and serving as a hands-on manager with a relentless dedication to delivering results, follow through and accountability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Develops, contributes and completes objectives related to the annual management plan, semi-annual tactical plans and other goal and planning outlines for self and region.
โ€ข Contributes effectively toward attainment of common goals and objectives to include new ideas to improve service within residence, division and organization.
โ€ข Drives census in region, supporting new communities in pre-opening and/or as assigned.
โ€ข Manages community level sales performance in conjunction with the community team.
โ€ข Ensures compliance with marketing standards (lead generation, calls, tours, events, presentations, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential marketing source representatives, presentations, press releases) necessary to achieve census goals.
โ€ข Keeps the organization current on best-practice sales techniques.
โ€ข Oversees and reviews the sales and marketing quarterly planning process.
โ€ข Routinely analyzes and reports on trends and challenges in facilities or markets and provides feedback to both regional and facility level sales performance.
โ€ข Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategy according to company and budget guidelines.
โ€ข Maintains adequate supplies of collateral materials within budget and company guidelines to include labor hours' effective management.
โ€ข Ensures wise use of marketing dollars by effectively analyzing lead and move-in costs per source for region.
โ€ข Works actively in the healthcare and professional community to create awareness of services and to generate referrals.
โ€ข Supports special events in region to bring guests to the community according to company and budget guidelines.
โ€ข Available for 80%-day travel within assigned region with occasional overnights as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Recruit, hire, orient and evaluate sales team based on the requirements of the sales team
โ€ข Train community-level Sales Directors to develop a highly functioning and productive team.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
โ€ข Competent in the development, review and analysis of departmental budgets.
โ€ข Experienced in the review and analysis of various other reports to include lead generation, sales productivity and other management report tools.
โ€ข Skilled in the area(s) relating to or directly involving the development of and maintaining a successful marketing vision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
โ€ข Successful sales, public relations and marketing experience required
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or healthcare. Other work experiences directly related to knowledge and skills will be considered.
โ€ข College degree preferred in business or marketing.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently
โ€ข Highly organized in the management of time and resources
โ€ข Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft applications
โ€ข Adapts to changing conditions and job requirements
