2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM


JOB DUTIES

  • Present at line position and ready to begin promptly at all start up times, including returning from breaks and lunch.
  • Air test product, attaching large and vent caps, attaching part labels, inspecting product for defects. Ensuring Accuracy: (i.e.: including a deluxe hose when running deluxe product)
  • Making/Building product boxes, label boxes, stack boxes. Inspect again for imperfections.
  • Assisting with all machine cleanouts, getting machine ready for color change or shut down.
  • Assembling, whole or in-part, trigger hoses and other product accessories.
  • Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
  • Organizing, cleaning, sweeping, and dusting warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
  • Wearing the proper required safety equipment.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements:

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Maintain regular attendance.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HAZMAT training a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Requires heavy lifting.
  • Requires standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and/or stooping
  • Requires ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Climate Controlled Warehouse
  • May be exposed to shop and outdoor elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and oils.
