The VP Enterprise Project Manager IV leads delivery of the organization’s most complex, high-impact technology, and enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Leads large, cross-functional enterprise and technology initiatives from initiation through post-implementation.
  • Establishes program structure, governance, and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis, and resource plans.
  • Proactively manages risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
  • Provides executive-level reporting, decision support, and status transparency.
  • Drives accountability across business, technology, operations, and external partners.
  • Ensures deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Removes delivery impediments and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
  • Mentors project managers and contributes to continuous improvement of PMO standards.
  • Partners with third-party vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence, and integration with enterprise objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • No travel required.
Qualification Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience operating in regulated and/or financial services environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional SDLC methodologies.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and ROI modeling.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
