Regional Vice President

Location: Nashville, TN
Travel: 25–40% throughout the region
Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt

4M Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations throughout the Nashville region. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving financial performance, developing leaders, and building strong customer partnerships across multiple locations.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a multi-site operation supporting approximately 400+ team members through multiple levels of leadership.
  • Drive operational excellence while managing labor, budgets, profitability, and overall financial performance.
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships to ensure outstanding service and long-term partnerships.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop District Managers, Field Managers, Account Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Partner with Sales on customer presentations, proposals, pricing, contract renewals, and business growth opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs, labor reports, inspections, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead recruiting, staffing, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support acquisitions, account transitions, and operational integrations.
  • Travel throughout the region to maintain a strong presence with customers and operations.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations with large hourly workforces.
  • Strong P amp;L management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, gross profit, EBITDA, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple layers of leadership.
  • Strong customer relationship and executive communication skills.
  • Experience building high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to travel 25–40% throughout the region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Janitorial or facility services industry experience.
  • Experience leading acquisitions or operational integrations.
  • Experience with proposals, RFPs, pricing, and business development.
  • Experience using CRM, financial reporting, and operational management software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
