About the Role

The Vice President of Commercial Lending develops, manages, and grows commercial banking relationships while ensuring sound credit decisions and exceptional service. This role partners closely with credit, loan operations, retail, and fellow commercial lenders, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. You will serve as a trusted advisor to businesses across the Green Bay area, helping them access the financial tools they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead commercial lending activities — Interview applicants, assess creditworthiness, structure loans, and make decisions within lending authority.
  • Underwrite and manage loans — Ensure loans meet policy guidelines, review closing documents, and monitor ongoing performance.
