About the Job
As the LifeWise Academy Vice President of Growth, you will demonstrate spiritual maturity, exceptional leadership, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is gospel-centered, results-driven, and experienced in leading high-performing teams.
The Vice President of Growth provides strategic leadership for LifeWise Academy's national expansion efforts, aligning and leading growth-focused teams while developing scalable strategies that help more communities reach public school students with Bible education. This leader oversees the entire customer journey-from marketing and lead generation through implementation and long-term success-ensuring a seamless experience that drives growth and impact.
The VP of Growth will continually evaluate the customer journey, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and recommend improvements across marketing, sales, onboarding, and implementation to maximize effectiveness and scalability. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this leader will model Christ-centered leadership while translating organizational vision into measurable results. This full-time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard or remotely from central Ohio with hybrid opportunities available.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the organization's national growth strategy, translating vision into scalable plans that advance LifeWise Academy's mission and expansion goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing leaders across Church & Ministry Partnerships, Marketing, National Growth, and Planning Coach teams, fostering alignment, accountability, and Christ-centered leadership.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Team to communicate organizational priorities, align resources, and drive execution of audacious, mission-driven growth objectives.
  • Identify organizational barriers, process gaps, and resource constraints, implementing solutions that improve effectiveness, scalability, and team performance.
  • Consistently model Christ-like leadership, demonstrating humility, wisdom, courage, and a commitment to developing others.
  • Champion a culture of values alignment, focus, simplicity, clarity, and operational excellence throughout the Growth division.
  • Cultivate and steward strategic relationships with churches, ministries, community leaders, and other key partners that advance the reach and impact of LifeWise Academy.
  • Establish measurable growth goals and operating rhythms that drive engagement, partnership development, and successful program launches across the country.
  • Consistently demonstrating a passion for values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity in alignment with the organization

Qualifications
  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • 5+ years in a ministry or other leadership position
  • Proven track record of pipeline development strategies and successful implementations
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Expert-level ability to analyze data and dashboards to identify patterns, trends, insights and solutions
  • Experience working in an organization using SalesForce and Google Workspace (preferred)
  • Experience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Salary and Benefits
  • $125,000 + Commensurate with experience
