The firm pursues a highly opportunistic, multidisciplinary investment strategy across multifamily, commercial, retail, and entertainment assets throughout Florida, California, and Texas, with a 30-year track record of identifying, acquiring, and repositioning assets in high-growth markets.The VP will own the full acquisition lifecycle for multifamily assets across Florida, Texas, and other Sunbelt markets — from sourcing and underwriting through closing and post-acquisition handoff — working directly alongside the Director of Investments and firm Principals to shape the portfolio. The role spans value-add and opportunistic multifamily properties across Sunbelt markets with an active acquisition pipeline.Key responsibilities include building and managing a robust pipeline of on-market and off-market multifamily acquisitions, cultivating broker and seller relationships, conducting in-depth underwriting and financial modeling, managing due diligence processes, and supporting post-closing transition to the asset management team.
