Job description

Position Summary

Youth Eastside Services (YES) seeks an experienced nonprofit Vice President of Finance & Operations with a commitment to develop and implement strong finance and operational systems to help YES be among the strongest youth-serving behavioral health agencies in WA.

About YES

Youth Eastside Services (YES) is a leading provider of youth behavioral health services in East King County. Through school-based, clinic-based, and community-based programs, we partner with young people, families, schools, and communities to provide mental health counseling, substance use treatment, psychiatric services, prevention education, and family support.

Each year, YES serves more than 4,000 children, youth, and families across the Eastside. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, collaboration, equity, and the belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, respected, and connected. Our mission is to help youth reach their full potential, strengthen families, and advocate for a safe, caring, and equitable community through behavioral health support, expert intervention, outreach, and education.

The Opportunity

YES is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Operations to serve as a key member of senior leadership and steward the financial, operational, and people systems that power YESโ€™ mission, as our organization grows.
