As the Vice President, Intelligence Community (IC) Mission Technology for the Network & Infrastructure Technology Division, for the Digital & Network Technology Line of Business, you will be responsible for the growth and strategic management of this organization. This $500M+ portfolio is comprised of programs committed to providing mission technologies, innovative solutions, client enhancements and capabilities providing operational efficiencies supporting major Intelligence Agencies. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Network & Infrastructure Technology and oversee the strategy, including operational execution, new and existing business growth, marketing and resourcing, employee engagement and customer excellence.
Responsibilities:
As the Vice President, IC Mission Technology, you will be responsible for all aspects of strategy development, execution, and growth. You will be expected to develop and deliver to the annual financial plan, and to deliver year-over-year growth above the established market growth rates. You will also be responsible for actively driving and participating in new business pursuits to accelerate portfolio growth. In addition, you'll provide oversight of program performance by enabling disciplined program management processes, and through participation in program management reviews and monthly operations reviews.
You will deliver on identifying trends in the market and customer base and develop a comprehensive strategy for success in this portion of the market. Demonstrated thought leadership in the market and active engagement with customers are crucial to anticipating market needs, creating value, and differentiating CACI from competitors.
Driving a culture of transparency through frequent communication and engagement with employees in the organization will be vital to retaining talent. You will be expected to develop the next level of leaders for succession planning, to drive accountability for performance excellence, and to actively communicate with employees through site visits, all hands meetings, and other methods of employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 18 years related professional experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with a CI or Full scope polygraph
  • Demonstrated xperience as a growth-oriented leader with Profit & Loss responsibility for a large portfolio of government contracts and successful track-record of managing and growing a portfolio of work valued at over $200M annual revenue and achieving better than industry return on sales
  • Demonstrated experience in managing task and contract level revenue, profit, and direct labor to meet or exceed plan, developing and managing fiscal year financial planning forecasts, developing, and tracking rolling forecasts, and positioning the operations group for sustained year over year success
  • Documented ability to drive exceptional program performance and revenue, profit, and direct labor growth in line with corporate goals of 10% or greater annually
  • Proven, hands-on, experience with the business development and capture process and must have initiated, qualified, captured, and closed recompete and new business deals
  • Deep knowledge and experience in supporting intelligence operations. Must have a track record of delivering exceptional program performance in supporting national security missions
  • Must show experience managing large diverse and deployed teams of employees; managing customer and employee expectations; and driving creative solutions to meet or resolve operational issues
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and work collegially as a contributing member of a strong leadership team. Must be able to establish and drive customer communication, work with capture teams to negotiate teaming agreements and partnerships with competitors; drive solutions and pricing strategies; build and sustain favorable customer relationships
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional groups and stakeholders to resolve issues and create solutions related to staffing and attrition of talent
  • Strong ethical foundation, value the power of diversity, and have a strong sense of personal and organizational accountability
  • Ability to build and sustain a highly effective team through shaping, hiring, direct engagement, mentoring, assessment, and training
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
