Your Role: VP Account Directors run a book of business at Remedy Edge. They are responsible for helping their clients and our agency to meet their strategic and financial goals. They are strategic thinkers, liaisons between agency functions integrators, and problem-solvers

What You'll Do:
Begins to own senior client level relationships, acting as a key decision-maker and brand steward at the agency
Lead the team as an expert on multichannel experiences
Leverage your experience and agency knowledge to keep the team several steps ahead of timeline, budget, and workflow.
Guides team to avoid pitfalls that have been issues in the past
Work with management to appropriately staff brands and ensure equitable division of work among staff.
Fosters collaborative environment across teams.
Be a manager and coach who recognizes and develops talent
Navigate complex situations with tact, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented focus
Grow business through pitches, new business, and organic growth
Identifies opportunities where agency COEs (Centers of Excellence) can be leveraged for their clients
Develop an agency-wide presence that transcends individual assignments
Manage team finances in partnership with Project Management team
Contributes to the agency by leading initiatives that help better agency vision/goals
What You'll Need:
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Superior organizational skills
Able to take the leads across a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients
Specific leadership level knowledge of all common agency projects and intiatives
Able to travel to client meetings
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of medical marketing and/or agency experience
Previous experience managing a high performing team(s)
A specialist in Patient Pharmaceutical advertising
This is a hybrid position. As per Omnicom policy, hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 3 days/week. $135,000 - $179,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
