About the Opportunity
Seekr is looking for a Vice President of Channel and Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our global partner ecosystem as a core driver of revenue growth. This executive role will define and execute the company's channel strategy across value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators (SIs), global systems integrators (GSIs), hyperscale cloud providers, and strategic hardware partners.
The VP will build a high-performing partner organization that expands Seekr's market reach through alliances with hyperscalers such as Oracle, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, while also developing relationships with leading infrastructure and hardware providers, including NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, and Lenovo. These partnerships are critical to enabling enterprise deployments of Seekr across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
This role is both strategic and operational. You will own the design of the global partner program, lead the channel team, and work closely with enterprise sales, solutions architecture, product leadership, and marketing to build repeatable partner-driven revenue motions. The ideal candidate understands how to transform partnerships into measurable pipeline and long-term enterprise adoption. You will play a key role in expanding Seekr's AI platform across regulated industries where trust, explainability, and performance are critical.
Responsibilities
  • Strategy Execution: Own Seekr's global channel strategy across VARs, regional SIs, GSIs, consulting firms, hyperscalers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Channel Directors and Managers responsible for partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Cloud Alliances: Build and manage strategic relationships with major hyperscalers, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Hardware Partnerships: Develop alliances with hardware partners like NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, and Lenovo to support AI infrastructure and appliance offerings.
  • Program Design: Scale Seekr's global partner program, including onboarding frameworks, certifications, enablement, and joint go-to-market (GTM) models.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by aligning channel strategy with enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work with enterprise account executives to integrate partners into complex enterprise sales cycles and account strategies.
  • Technical Alignment: Partner with solutions architecture and engineering teams to ensure partners can deploy Seekr across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Joint Marketing: Establish joint marketing and demand generation initiatives with strategic partners to expand pipeline and market awareness.
  • Performance Tracking: Manage partner performance metrics, including pipeline creation, revenue contribution, and technical enablement progress.
  • Ecosystem Representation: Represent Seekr within major partner ecosystems, cloud marketplaces, and industry events to strengthen strategic alliances.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Seekr's reach into finance, telecom, utilities, logistics, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Product Input: Provide leadership input into product strategy and platform integrations based on partner ecosystem needs and market demand.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of executive experience in enterprise technology partnerships, channel leadership, alliances, or enterprise sales.
  • Ecosystem Scaling: Proven success building and scaling global channel programs involving VARs, SIs, consulting firms, and GSIs.
  • Hyperscale Expertise: Direct experience managing partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers such as AWS, Oracle, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Infrastructure Networks: Experience building partnerships with infrastructure and hardware providers such as NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, or Lenovo.
  • Technical Domain: Background supporting complex technology platforms, including AI, machine learning, big data, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Commercial Success: Proven track record of building partner-sourced revenue and managing large, multi-million dollar enterprise partnerships.
  • People Management: Strong executive leadership experience managing high-performing channel teams and creating repeatable partner programs.
  • GTM Strategy: Deep experience developing joint go-to-market strategies with technology alliances and global consulting partners.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders, enterprise executives, and partner C-suite teams.
