  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization across product marketing, digital, brand, marketing operations, events, content, and agency partnerships.

  • Drive full-funnel demand generation and account-based marketing programs that engage healthcare executives, clinical leaders, pharmacy leaders, payers, and technology partners.

  • Lead FDB's brand positioning and market narrative as the company expands from drug knowledge provider to clinical guidance partner.

  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and executive leadership to strengthen go-to-market planning, launch readiness, campaign execution, and revenue accountability.

  • Own marketing technology, analytics, attribution, performance reporting, budget planning, and executive-ready insights.

  • Guide responsible adoption of AI-enabled marketing workflows to improve speed, quality, personalization, reporting, and team productivity while maintaining brand standards.

Required Skills:

  • Executive-level marketing strategy, business acumen, and ability to connect marketing investment to pipeline, revenue, brand strength, and market expansion.

  • Proven ability to lead transformation, scale teams, build operating models, and create clarity in a complex B2B healthcare technology environment.

  • Strong command of demand generation, ABM, product marketing, brand positioning, launch planning, digital marketing, events, and marketing operations.

  • Excellent executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to advise senior leaders and represent marketing priorities across the business.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including performance measurement, attribution, ROI analysis, and translation of marketing insights into action.

  • Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional partnership across Sales, Product Management, Finance, customer-facing teams, and external partners.

Required Experience:

  • 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.

  • Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, clinical informatics, pharmacy technology, health data, healthcare SaaS platforms, or an adjacent market.

  • Demonstrated success building, transforming, or scaling a marketing function, including team development and operating model improvement.

  • Experience leading demand generation, ABM, product marketing, brand positioning, campaign strategy, marketing operations, and executive-level reporting.

  • Experience partnering with Sales and Product Management on go-to-market readiness, buyer and persona mapping, messaging, sales enablement, and launch execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
