About Your Role:
As Vice President, Business Development, you will build and scale strategic partnerships with leading enterprise data, cloud, media, and technology platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Databricks, Meta, and OpenAI. Reporting to the SVP, Business Development, you will define Affinity's enterprise partner strategy, create revenue-generating go-to-market programs, and expand Affinity's market presence through co-selling, marketplace partnerships, and joint solutions. This role is responsible for driving measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue while serving as a senior relationship leader across key partner organizations.
Your Responsibilities:
Partner Strategy & Recruitment
  • Define and prioritize Affinity's target partner ecosystem across enterprise data, cloud, media, and technology platforms.
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit strategic partners that align with Affinity's growth objectives.
  • Develop partner-specific business cases, value propositions, and executive-level presentations.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements from initial engagement through launch.

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Own and grow a revenue target tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Build and manage a partner pipeline with clear forecasting, opportunity tracking, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and solutions teams to accelerate deal cycles and increase revenue opportunities.

Joint Go-to-Market & Enablement
  • Design and launch repeatable go-to-market programs including co-selling initiatives, marketplace listings, and joint solution offerings.
  • Develop partner enablement materials, training programs, and sales resources.
  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concept programs with strategic partners and scale successful initiatives.

Partner Governance & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic partner accounts.
  • Establish governance processes including regular business reviews, pipeline reviews, and joint planning sessions.
  • Track and report on key partnership performance indicators, including pipeline contribution, revenue impact, solution adoption, and partner engagement.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Data Operations teams to develop and execute partnership initiatives.
  • Provide market and partner insights that inform product strategy and go-to-market priorities.

Your Qualifications:
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or related functions within enterprise SaaS, advertising technology, marketing technology, data platforms, or cloud technology.
  • Proven success building and scaling partnerships with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Databricks, or comparable organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close partnership opportunities ๏ฟฝ not solely partner enablement or program operations.
  • Track record of developing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines and achieving revenue targets through strategic alliances.
  • Experience building co-selling programs, marketplace strategies, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and partnership performance measurement.
  • Ability to develop executive-level business cases and effectively communicate value propositions to senior decision-makers.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with media, marketing, advertising, consumer insights, customer data, or analytics ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Salary Range: $200,000 ๏ฟฝ $215,000
Office Hours: 9:00 AM ๏ฟฝ 5:30 PM
