Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Assembler to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves supporting the management of RF test and measurement product lines throughout the product lifecycle, including product validation, testing, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of RF test and measurement product lines throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist with product validation, testing, benchmarking, and feature verification activities.
  • Maintain product specifications, technical documentation, pricing information, and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify product opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) efforts and product launch activities.
  • Partner with engineering teams to evaluate product performance and customer requirements.
  • Participate in product testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and verification of electronic instruments.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to support new feature development and product enhancements.
  • Serve as a technical resource for sales teams, channel partners, and end users.
  • Support technical inquiries, product demonstrations, and application discussions.
  • Develop product collateral including application notes, white papers, presentations, videos, brochures, and technical content.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support production readiness.
  • Assist with inventory planning, product changes, and revision control processes.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with oscilloscopes, calibration, testing instruments, and electronic instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of RF testing, microwave electronics, and electronic assembly.
  • Proficiency in electronic instrumentation, test equipment, and hand tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with signal generation, spectrum analysis, and RF test & measurement.
  • Knowledge of microwave engineering, network analyzers, and troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
