Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare or assist with reports.
- Identify hazardous conditions/actions within the plant.
- Document Training and file training records
- File forms, permits and other documentation.
- Update training presentations as directed.
- Provide PPE, issue Vouchers, and LOTO to employees as necessary.
- Assist with safety orientation for new employees.
- File and maintain MSDS sheets.
- Perform any other duties established by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Obtaining BS. Degree in Industrial Safety Management preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office products 0-1 year Safety Experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Some knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations.
