Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Clamp Operator to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday OT hours required as needed
Salary Grade B
$19.40 - $21.55
Job Summary:
The Clamp Operator is responsible for assembling Frameless cabinets using the automated clamp.
Job Duties:
  • Starts clamp in accordance with start-up procedure.
  • Selects the appropriate program for cabinets being run.
  • Assembles and glues cabinets.
  • Activates clamp to feed cabinet in and out.
  • Staples cabinet backs.
  • Attaches protective bumpers.
  • Attaches back stretchers with spray glue on frameless Current cabinets.
  • Retrieves adjustable shelves, blind panels and other parts with cabinets.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
  • Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
  • Fills in other areas as needed.
