Job description

Telephonic Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule - Every other weekend required - Standby call required

Requirements - Minimum 1 year RN experience - Telemetry and Med-Surg training experience - Travel RN experience required - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS - EPIC experience required

Roles & Responsibilities - Monitor and interpret telemetry data and dysrhythmias - Provide Med-Surg nursing care - Start IVs and manage peripheral IVs, PICC, and central lines - Administer blood products and provide care for tracheostomies and feeding tubes - Participate in rapid response and code team activities

Compliance / Notes - COVID-19 vaccine not required - Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day - 12-hour orientation required - Must have a vehicle for the assignment
