Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Assist in hiring, training, and coaching security associates to build a strong, reliable team.
  • Maintain detailed logs of incidents and complaints, coordinating follow-ups with other departments as needed.
  • Stay sharp on fire and emergency procedures, making sure your team knows their roles when it counts.
  • Enforce hotel security policies everywhere, ensuring safety rules are followed 24/7.
  • Prepare your team for VIP arrivals and special events by briefing supervisors and coordinating extra security measures.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of security experience - You know the ins and outs of keeping people and property safe.
  • Flexible schedule - Ready to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet hotel needs.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications - Because safety and compliance are non-negotiable.
  • Strong leadership skills - You motivate your team and lead by example.
  • Attention to detail and communication - You keep everyone informed and on the same page.
