This is an on-site role (5 days in the office).
We are searching for a Facilities Coordinator in our Greenwich office. This role will work closely with Facilities, HR, and IT teams to ensure building services are operational, employee's workstations are complete, and other technology needs are met. This will include new hire set-ups, Moves/Adds/Changes, inventory management and other misc tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding process for Facilities & IT
  • Support space management system for office
  • Support core building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical)
  • Maintain printers, scanners, shredders
  • MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations
  • Inventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materials
  • Basic IT end user support
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reports for Management

Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
  • Knowledge of basic IT systems
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
