  • Annual risk assessment and SOX process scoping exercise with focus on key financial statement line items, risk and business processes and IT General Controls
  • Perform and coordinate end to end walkthroughs with test of one
  • Perform and review SOX key control testing and IPE testing in accordance with PCAOB standards
  • You will evaluate current control design effectiveness and recommend controls and documentation
  • Partner with business units and key functions to assist them in implementing the SOX processes
  • Maintain understanding of changes and impact on design and operation of controls
  • And you will partner with the business and functions in issue identification, root cause, potential impact calculation and determination of effective remediation
  • Evaluate Internal Audit findings and evaluate the impact on financial reporting with potential financial impact.Alignment with the business and key stakeholders
