What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products while helping improve manufacturing processes and supporting team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex mechanical assembly of products, components, and subassemblies
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify effective solutions
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Coach and support junior assemblers on proper procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
  • Monitor component usage and support inventory management efforts
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience maintaining quality standards in a production environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

Available Shifts1st Shift
  • Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR
  • Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift
  • Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  • 10% Shift Differential

Training: New hires may initially train on 1st Shift.

Overtime: Additional hours may be required on Fridays to support production goals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
