Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Temporary Launch Operations & Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced Launch team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative, tracking, and operational support to ensure successful, on-time product launches. You will act as a key liaison between suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional internal teams, keeping launch timelines and documentation meticulously maintained.


Ideal Candidates:

  • The ideal candidate possesses strong data-entry skills, comfort with project management software, and excellent follow-up capabilities to manage moving parts under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities for the Launch Operations & Project Coordinator includes but not limited to:

  • Supplier & Project Tracking:
    • Actively follow up with suppliers on component delivery statuses to prevent launch delays.
    • Coordinate with Component Supply Planners on component orders and follow up on technical specifications and artwork approvals.
    • Track Color and Artwork standards.
    Systems & Data Management:
    • Maintain and update project timelines within WRIKE, specifically tracking the "declared content" metric during the pre-start-up phase.
    • Fill out and update Logistic Pre-specifications based on vendor responses.
    • Update and maintain the AC Pipo (Phase-In/Phase-Out) tracking files.
    • Perform database data-cleansing, including correcting product fill weights in the system.
    Reporting & Analytics:
    • Pull operational reports from Business Intelligence (BI) systems, identifying BI errors, Achievement/Adherence, and bulk planning data.
    • Monitor and follow up on B50 calculations and assist with calculating formula costs.
    Launch & Trial Support:
    • Initiate and track Bulk and component sample requests for testing and trials.
    • Complete documentation for product offloading at Contract Manufacturers (CM).
    • Scribe and follow up on action items resulting from technical Risk Assessments.
    Administration & Communication:
    • Distribute development status alerts to keep cross-functional partners informed of progress or roadblocks.
    • Assist with tracking, coding, and managing team budget codes.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree with one year related experience or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with three years related experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, packaging, operations, or administrative support (experience in cosmetics, consumer packaged goods, or manufacturing is a strong plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and tracking). Familiarity with project management tools (like WRIKE) and ERP/BI reporting software is highly preferred..

  • Proactive Cooperation.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to independently follow up with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable transcribing technical notes (such as risk assessments) into clear action items.

  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
