Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Billing Coordinator with strong computer literacy skills to effectively manage and communicate with customers. This role involves creating invoices based on bills of lading, mailing invoices, and coordinating orders with the warehouse. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager with reporting by utilizing Excel for data entry, pivot tables, and V-Look Up functions. Additionally, this role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss discrepancies and orders with customers.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through email.
• Create and mail invoices based on bills of lading.
• Coordinate order creation and processing with the warehouse.
• Utilize Excel for data entry, pivot tables, and V-Look Up to support reporting.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to discuss order discrepancies.
• Place orders and create corresponding invoices for customers.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in customer service.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Experience in invoice entry.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Look Up.
• Understanding of bills of lading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work reliably on-site five days a week in an office setting.

Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting within a distribution facility that specializes in shipping coffee and cocoa. The facility is located next to the port in a waterfront building, which has a new restaurant. The company is a global organization that recently merged with RPM, expanding its operations to serve both coasts. The organization is in the process of upgrading its software and systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
