  • Provide insights and recommendations on business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial risk management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (RIA experience preferred)
  • Manage relationships with external partners including third‑party administrators, tax advisors, and banking institutions
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance across organization.
  • Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
  • Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior‑level roles
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, RIA, or a similar professional services environment preferred
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience building financial models and supporting business scaling initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Benefits
  • $350,000 to $450,000 base salary plus bonus
  • 401(k) with a matching contribution up to 13%.
  • United Healthcare PPO medical coverage for employees, paid by the company.
  • Delta Dental PPO, United Healthcare Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and many more voluntary options.
  • Generous holidays and PTO.
  • Future career growth opportunity.
