Opulence Home Equity is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reverse Mortgage Processor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the unique process of reverse mortgage lending.

At Opulence Home Equity, we combine innovative technology with a collaborative, team-oriented environment to deliver exceptional service to our clients while modernizing the mortgage experience.

Responsibilities:

Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing

Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files

Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines

Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clear conditions

Monitor loan milestones and maintain accurate pipeline updates

Ensure files meet lender, investor, and compliance guidelines

Assist in resolving loan conditions and processing-related issues on time

Qualifications:

Previous mortgage processing experience required

Reverse mortgage / HECM processing experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and compliance timelines

Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems preferred
